Can I order only one hat?
Yes. Public pricing begins at one hat, and quantity discounts are applied automatically when your selected product has volume pricing.
What does the price include?
The displayed hat price includes one standard embroidery location. Each additional designed location is $5 per hat. 3D puff is an additional $5 per hat and must be approved after the artwork is reviewed.
What artwork can I upload?
You can upload a logo, image, screenshot, sketch, or lettering idea. Clear, high-resolution artwork works best. Ramsey Embroidery reviews the design for size, placement, and stitchability before production.
Will I receive a proof?
Your submitted design and artwork are reviewed before stitching. Ramsey Embroidery will contact you when clarification or an adjustment is needed.
How long does an order take?
Most in-stock orders are typically completed in 3–7 business days after artwork review. Special-order hats, large quantities, or detailed artwork may require additional time.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Sullivan, Illinois. Shipping becomes available online after the live carrier setup is completed.
How do I check my order?
Your confirmation includes a private order-status link. Customers with an account can also view previous orders and reuse saved designs.
Do you offer stores for schools, businesses, or groups?
Yes. Organization Stores use approved artwork and a selected collection of products and colors. Each customer can order and pay individually while the organization leader reviews the store before launch.
