These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ramseyembroidery.com and orders placed with Ramsey Embroidery LLC ("Ramsey Embroidery," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom embroidery orders
Custom embroidery is produced from customer selections, artwork, lettering, placement instructions, and other order details. Screen previews are approximate. Thread color, hat construction, embroidery limitations, and production requirements can cause reasonable differences between a digital preview and a finished item.
Artwork and customer authorization
By uploading or submitting artwork, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested embroidery. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, spelling, phone numbers, dates, logos, and other customer-supplied content. We may contact you if artwork needs adjustment for embroidery quality or production safety.
Pricing, payment, taxes, and shipping
Prices shown at checkout are based on the product, quantity, embroidery locations, style, taxes, and applicable shipping selections. Payment may be required before production. Shipping estimates, carrier service, and delivery dates are subject to carrier availability and delays outside Ramsey Embroidery's control.
Production and custom-item changes
Because embroidered products are customized, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. If Ramsey Embroidery identifies a production problem or cannot fulfill an order as submitted, we will contact you to discuss an adjustment, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
SMS program terms
Program name: Ramsey Embroidery LLC Order Updates.
If you separately opt in on our website, Ramsey Embroidery may send low-volume SMS messages related to your inquiry or order, including artwork questions, order status, pickup readiness, shipping and tracking updates, and customer-service replies. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply according to your plan.
STOP: Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation and no further campaign messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may vary by carrier and device. See our Privacy Policy for information about mobile-number and opt-in data.
Website accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your customer account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or harmful content; interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access; or use Ramsey Embroidery services for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Ramsey Embroidery is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, third-party service outages, or customer-provided errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Illinois law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Illinois, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under other mandatory law.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are posted.
