What to prepare, what happens after checkout, and how pickup or shipping fits into the process.
Add your design
Start with the front. Upload artwork, add lettering, or use both. Side and back locations are optional and priced separately.
Choose delivery
Select local pickup in Sullivan or, once enabled, enter your address and choose a live carrier rate before payment.
Artwork review
Ramsey Embroidery checks placement, size, legibility, and stitchability. You will be contacted if anything needs clarification.
Production
Most in-stock orders move through production within 3–7 business days after artwork review. Larger or special-order jobs may take longer.
Pickup or shipment
You receive an update when the order is ready for pickup or has shipped. Your private status link remains available throughout the order.
Artwork tips
Send the clearest version you have.
Vector artwork is ideal, but a clean PNG, JPG, SVG, screenshot, sketch, or photo can still help explain your idea. Avoid tiny or blurry images when a larger original is available.
- Use strong contrast between the design and hat color.
- Keep small lettering simple and readable.
- Tell us which colors matter most in your logo.
- Only upload artwork you own or have permission to use.
